Full disclaimer: I had my room upgraded for free, but it wouldn't change my opinion (they are that good). The room was outstanding! It's comfortable for family and large enough to host other family members to hang out. The service is superb, from friendly customer service staffs, quick and great laundry service and most of all the breakfast is fabulous. We love the breakfast selections, with plenty of variations and delicious menu and most importantly hygienic. The location is also prime, with direct access to mall and plenty of restaurants. Safe to say I will stay there again when I visit Bandung next time.

And also in this hotel there might be some small details at the room furniture that aren’t perfect, but that’s nitpicking compared to the super friendly staff. They are not "just professionally friendly”, but sincerely and warmly friendly and they do all they can to give you a pleasant stay and make you feel welcome there. Besides that, the breakfast is outstanding and has a wide choice. And they have a convenient direct access to the mall with complete facilities. I had a very pleasant time here and I certainly will come back.

My 3rd time staying in Sensa Hotel Bandung. Swift check in and out. Twice i celebrated my wedding anniversary in Sensa. The hotel gave us a slice of cake. Previously when i stayed in Sensa, the hotel gave a 1kg chocolate cake! Wonderful breakfast spread. Very clean room. I have stayed in Superior, Deluxe and Executive Suite and enjoyed all the different views. Location is very good.

Excellent hotel. The swimming pool was lovely and it was a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and close to shopping mall. The breakfast was a big buffet of good food. Modern hotel in heart of Bandung. Made for a very pleasant holiday.

Delicious breakfast. Hot water in the shower, air-conditioning in the room, relatively quiet room. Large and comfy bed. Refrigerator, table for working. The hotel's location is good - lots of restaurants and shopping, groceries store next to it.
